Renewed Cleaning Company LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect through renewedcleaningal.com and our booking system, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect When you create an account or book a cleaning, we collect your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number and street address. If you enable text message reminders, we also store your phone number and the messages you send us. If you use our online booking and payment flow, we collect the details of your appointment (address, date, time, home details, pricing) and, through our payment processor, confirmation that a payment succeeded — we never see or store your full card number. If a cleaning is performed, the assigned contractor may upload photos documenting completed work and notes about the visit.

How we use your information We use this information to schedule and provide cleaning services, process payments, communicate with you about appointments (by email and, if you opt in, by text message), respond to questions or support requests, and keep basic business and accounting records.

Who we share it with We share the minimum information needed to do the job with the independent contractor assigned to your appointment (your address, appointment details, and any notes you leave for them). We also use third-party service providers to operate our business: Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (text message delivery), Google (calendar scheduling), Geoapify (address lookup), and Supabase and Vercel (secure data storage and website hosting). These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in to your account. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Text messages If you opt in to text reminders, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by turning autopay/text reminders off from your account.

Data retention We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Photos a contractor uploads documenting completed work are kept for up to 12 months to resolve any complaints or damage claims, then deleted.

Your choices You can review and update most of your information directly from your account page. To request that we delete your account or personal information, contact us using the information below — we'll honor that request except where we're required to retain records (for example, payment records) for legal or accounting reasons.

Security We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you as required by Alabama law.

Children Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date.
